Okay so I’m not dead

Well I finally finished my first semester at college!  That was a little bit of a challenge.  I was going to school, working full-time, we were moving into a new apartment and planning a wedding all at the same time.

And Andrew and I were married on May 17, 2008!  Here are a few of my fav pictures

Our Rings

Andrew and Mallorie

Mallorie

You can see the whole set on my flickr.

Everything else is going great.  Haley, Hunter, and all the lizards are doing well.

We are planning on coming back to Virginia for Christmas this year!  I am so excited.  I havn’t been back since June of last year!  I will update some more later!

Andrew proposed!

We were going out to dinner and Andrew side tracked and took me up to Mt. Bonnell to see the HUGE houses and a great view of the city over the Co. River. I made a comment of all the lights of the houses on the water were shiny and how they sparkled and he said “I have something else that sparkles” and then pulled out a ring and asked me to marry him! I said yes!

Here are a few pictures of the ring. The band was custom made.

I’m a busy bee…

I am getting ready to go back to school in January.  I have to get all my school stuff and books together before class!!!  There is so much to do and not enough time to do it in! Not to mention work, overtime, overtime, and more overtime.  So much work that needs to get out the door before Dec 17 or something like that and we’ve also taken on more states!!!  ::hides under desk and hopes that captain doesn’t find me::

Other than school and work everything else seems to be going great.  Andrew is back in school for his Software Engineering Degree. The babies seem to be doing good, other than Hunter, he has been acting out the last couple of days.

Would love to write more but getting to head out the door to go watch Beowulf!

R.I.P Ashley.

Hearing the news that my best childhood friend just passed away. I grew up right across the street from Ashely until I was about 13 years old, we played and had slumber parties all the time. I can still remember our first day of Kindergarten together, standing at the bus stop and anxiously waiting for the Bus 48 to come rolling up the street. Going tick-or-treating together when we were younger. Knowing that she is gone is so hard to grab a hold of. She was great at anything she did. She was a awesome cheerleader and great student. Ashely could do anything she set her mind to. She had great looks and everyone wanted to be friends with her when we were growing up. Ashley You will be dearly missed and you were greatly loved.
